About Sara
Sara grew up in San Francisco, California to a large Asian family that organizes parties for every occasion: birthdays, holidays, graduations, and anniversaries. Growing up, Sara's relatives all lived within a 15-mile radius from each other so it was very easy to gather - especially around food. Another culture of living in the Bay Area is going out for food. For over 30 years, this health and wellness enthusiast has been eating the best tacos, burritos, dim sum, pho, curries, fresh seafood, sushi, burgers, pizza, ice cream in the nation! Needless to say, Sara has a very seasoned palette and has developed a high standard for ethnic food. You name a dish, and Sara is certain to have tried it before!
If you're curious to see some of the restaurants she frequents in the area, Sara documents her visits through Yelp reviews.

About Andrew
Andrew was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio to a large Italian/Slovak family. This video game and sports enthusiast is used to gathering over large meals. Whether it's celebrating the 4th of July with smoked BBQ, grilled meats, and pies at the lake, inviting the grandparents over the holidays to share turkey, ham, and steaks, or just calling over friends for an evening of board games and to devour mom's homemade lasagna, and casseroles - food was plentiful and was the culture!

About Us
Andrew and Sara are a boyfriend-girlfriend team that immediately connected over their passion for food and cooking.
After 2 years of dating, this dynamic duo moved into a 1-bedroom apartment together, paying over $3,500 a month in rent. Andrew and Sara recognize the high cost of living in the Peninsula; to reduce expenses, they invested in a well-stocked pantry and freezer system while embraced their passion for food to cook meals together - inspired by all the dishes they've tasted at the restaurants they visit and family recipes.
In 2019, they started a food blog on Instagram to share their culinary creations and show off their herb/vegetable gardening that they've successfully grown in their 30 sq. ft. patio. In addition to posting what they make, they also use Instagram to highlight their favorite places to dine and actively engage with their community to form connections and support local businesses.
These days they're practicing European, American, Latin, and Asian recipes inspired by their cultural backgrounds, family, and travels.
