One question: do you use the various mozzarella options for different purposes?

We appreciate you! Yes, we use different sizes of mozzarella for different purposes:


1) to make a caprese salad, we prefer to use the mozzarella log along with roma or beefsteak tomatoes and large basil leaves


2) to make a caprese salad appetizer (shish kebab) we use toothpicks and "skew" mini mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes and rolled pieces of fresh basil


3) for salads we prefer the mini mozzarella balls
